Our customer is one of the largest transport terminals in Russia. Their main principles are exceptional quality of service and passengers’ comfort. Therefore, they decided to develop a mobile app quick and easy ticket purchase.
Our task was to develop an application that helps the user find, and book bus tickets in just a few clicks.
Having analyzed customer feedback, we learned seating was one of the primary criteria to determine ticket purchase. Therefore we decided to implement an interactive seating chart to enable user to choose their seats during ticket purchase.
To reduce ticket purchase time, we built in a payment system. The user fills in their personal data, billing info, and makes a purchase.
To save the user's time, we reduced the time it takes to authorize into the app. When the user logs in, they can immediately search for the trip they need, and the app returns all tickets that match the search parameters.
